This course has been specifically designed to protect the employee from potential injury from customers, students, clients, service users or residents. This course is focused for individuals who have received some verbal challenging behaviour training or experience and want to progress to be able to block blows, disengage from grips and grabs and separate individuals in a safe non pain compliant manner.

Physical Intervention should be used in conjunction with verbal communication, when verbal communication alone is not effective.

This package has been designed to help manage individuals with learning disabilities, dementia or younger people in education facilities.

We must remember that the safety of these individuals is paramount, but so is ours.
